New Member anxious feeling
So does anyone else deal with anxious feeling in your stomach and head pressure? I want to know what will help for me. I drink AFT and it helps but the anxious feeling I can't get rid of. HELP ME PLEASE 😫

Dealing with this now. Trying to get my stomach back the way it used to to be. The fact that I eat but then have to run to the bathroom makes me anxious all over again.

Prayer Request
I just lost an uncle this morning. I woke up with my heart pounding only to get a call that he passsed. Say a prayer for me. Super anxious and no appetite. 🤦🏾♂️

Hello
Hello all, I am new to this group. I have only been suffering from anxiety since June. I suffered a panic attack at work and since then I had to relocate my desk location. I have placed my order of the AFT. I’m hoping this will help with my anxiety issues.

@Ashley Snipes i haven’t taken it. They are trying to prescribe it to me. Not trying to get on anything that I would be dependent on for a minute. Considering everything that’s going on, I considered it. But I’m not trying to feel crazy neither.
