Cardiovascular Protective Effects of L-Carnitine
In prep, the use of substances like clenbuterol and yohimbine for fat loss is common. However, these agents can pose cardiovascular risks, making it essential to consider protective measures. One such measure is L-carnitine, which has been shown to have several cardiovascular benefits. Cardiovascular Benefits of L-Carnitine Improved Myocardial Energy Metabolism: L-carnitine plays a crucial role in the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria for energy production. Studies have shown that it can enhance cardiac energy metabolism, particularly under ischemic conditions. For example, a review in the journal Cardiovascular Drugs and Therapy highlights that L-carnitine supplementation can improve myocardial oxygen consumption and reduce the severity of ischemia. Reduction of Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury: Research indicates that L-carnitine can mitigate damage during ischemic episodes. A study published in The American Journal of Cardiology demonstrated that L-carnitine administration before ischemic events can significantly reduce myocardial injury, suggesting a protective effect against ischemia-reperfusion injury. Anti-Inflammatory Properties: L-carnitine has been shown to exert anti-inflammatory effects, which may help reduce the cardiovascular stress associated with the use of stimulants like clenbuterol and yohimbine. This is particularly important since these substances can elevate heart rate and blood pressure, potentially leading to increased cardiovascular strain. Mitigating Ischemia Related to Clenbuterol and Yohimbine Clenbuterol, a beta-agonist, and yohimbine, an alpha-2 antagonist, are known to cause vasoconstriction and increased heart rate. This can lead to a higher risk of ischemic events, especially during intense training or caloric restriction. Synergistic Benefits: Incorporating L-carnitine during a regimen involving clenbuterol and yohimbine may counteract some cardiovascular risks. By enhancing fatty acid oxidation and improving energy metabolism, L-carnitine can support heart function and reduce the likelihood of ischemia during strenuous physical activity.

The metformin will help with elevated Igf due to the hgh. However it causes gastrointestinal issues, beberine is also effective and does not have these issues.
What PEDs should I be researching
To preface this, I am 20, been training for 4 years, 85kg around 18% bf. I'm pretty well built for a natural physique but I'm considering my first cycle but not too sure what to look into and want to narrow my search. I'm looking to significantly cut down my bodyfat at least by the end of the year if possible. Cheers

Look into learning the physiology of our bodies and how our hormones affect them. It’s better to learn about your body, then as you learn more look more into that. You are young and have more time to develop with different modifications aside from peds.
HGH
HGH one dose pre-bed or distributed throughout the day?
