Im not sure whether im navigating through this app properly, probably user error! But where do we log our weight height etc and food intake? Or don’t we log it?

Hi Jas πŸ™‚ you can use the MyFitnessPal app to log your food, if you go to the tracking food intake section in your first 6 weeks it will show you how to get setup with this 😊 you can also log your weight in the app if you would like to
