Starting Carnivore
Recently, I was diagnosed with General Fatty Liver Disease and Pre-Diabetes (Round Two). I’m nearing my eighteenth birthday soon, so these health conditions are concerning to me especially as an athlete. Unfortunately, my dad has never taken my words seriously about nutrition and has indirectly led to this outcome. My question is, what should I tell to my dad to get him convinced to LET me at least do a month of carnivore? What would y’all recommend me to do? A month? Two?

@Kelechi U I throw over 90 brotha. I joined the triple digit club two weeks ago.
Is this diet healthy for a 15y/o?
I am a pretty healthy teenager, I work out I go for runs. I eat a lot of meat but my diet is probably 60 percent carbs+veggies, for breakfast I have eggs with good butter sometimes bacon. I am just wondering if this diet would suit me as an individual?

It’s really up to your body tbh, sometimes you just want to try something like carnivore and if it doesn’t work for you, go back to eating veggies, carbs and whatnot.
Your mindset is EVERYTHING 🧠
Hey my carnivore people! 🥩 I had a conversation with a friend today about the power of mindset, and I wanted give you insight on what we discussed and maybe it can help at least one person in the community to get your week started off right. We talked about life be challenging, but developing a resilient and positive mindset can unlock your true potential and help you achieve success in every area of your life. Think of your brain as a computer, programmed by the information you feed it. People don't understand how extraordinary and complex the brain is and YOU can decide what to think. Even going from eating like pure crap to something like Carnivore takes a whole other level of programing and this is why most people can't do it. Here's how you can build a powerful mindset in all areas of life: 🧠 Focus on Positive Thoughts: - Daily affirmations and goal-focused thinking shape your mindset. - Positive thinking enhances focus, motivation, and purpose. 🚫 Avoid Negativity: - Negative thinking can increase errors and contribute to illnesses. - Limit exposure to negative information from news and social media. 👥 Surround Yourself with Positivity: - Your environment plays a crucial role and that's why I created The Carnivore Tribe. Surround yourself with positive influences. - Avoid negative people, even if they are friends or family. 🆕 Embrace Challenges: - Stepping out of your comfort zone builds character and reveals strengths. - Identify three challenges to take on and start implementing them now. 💪 Take Action: - Progress comes from taking action, not just thinking or talking about it. - Embrace discomfort, confront fears, and actively work on your challenges. Your decision to be here and take action on your health demonstrates an incredible level of commitment to yourself and your loved ones. By focusing on positive thinking, being mindful of your words, optimizing your environment, and embracing challenges, you'll unlock your true potential and achieve success.

It truthfully is. Mind over matter is a real thing. Without confidence, you can’t perform as an athlete. Without belief in yourself, you can’t be truly happy. Sometimes when things are dire, you’ve got to find something to have meaning in your life.
