Intro: 25 yo, trying to scale my SAAS
Heyy guys, my name is Tobias, Im 25 yo guy from Czechia πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ώ. Recently discovered Alex, love his ytb videos, they are fun πŸ˜‚. Ive started my journey 5 years ago with E-commerce (Dropshipping) and turned my stores into a real brands here in Czechia, it went off pretty well, but I didnt like the physical stuff at all, cause of the low profits and other problems. Thats why I started my personal brand @toby_ecom 2 years ago and started selling info + coaching about ecommerce, this is where I hit my first 10k months in profit into my own pockets. Today I started focusing more on on-line education space and digital products, because it is really growing nowadays - thats why I teamed up with folks from college (yes I dropped out lol) and we started our own SAAS based around this. This is my main focus now. Im here to learn more about paid ads to scale our SAAS and gain experience from others.

[Case Study #3] $115,630 Building a Project Management SaaS
In 2016 I was working for a marketing agency that was using a project management tool called Teamwork. At the time I remember it being a really good tool but it just didn't cater to the needs I wanted as an account manager working for the agency (at the time I was managing 15-20 clients). I actually really liked Trello but still felt Trello lacked some specific features I wanted for managing agency clients. I started by mapped out specific things I knew I wanted in a SaaS then consulted a good friend of mine and mentor who had already built several SaaS apps previously. I didn't know how to code but had an idea that I thought would do well in the "agency" space. My mentor hooked me up with his coder who was actually on a completely different time zone and I begun by simply jotting down ideas for UI, features, functions into a spreadsheet. I would make loom/screenshare type videos explaining each feature and the developer would slowly work towards each one. Every time he completed a task or added a feature I'd QA it like crazy (often times new features would break other pieces of the software) After 2 months or so working on this, I worked with my partner to develop a webinar to sell the software to our own email lists (he brought more than 80% of the traffic and sales). So from 2017 - 2024 we came up with different angles to sell the software, some would be a webinar focused on the app itself and others would be an info course with the software being an "Add-on" to make the offer more appealing. I didn't put 100% focus into this app but more treated it as a "launch" offer to supplement other info products I created over the years. In total with the info products we've added on to our offers we managed to bring in around $115,630 combined according to my payment tools. I am currently selling this SaaS as well, I don't want to advertise here but here is the job post in text format just to show an example of how I pitched it for sale.

[Case Study #2] $450k Earned Reviewing Products With Amazon
This will be my 2nd case study for the group and this time doing something a bit different. Back when I got started online a lot of people were building what would be considered "niche sites". These were small sites that would be designed to focus on a specific type of product, say adjustable dumbbells or coffee makers. The sites would generate traffic from Google SEO content and then send people to purchase products via Amazon as an affiliate. A lot of folks would also "flip" these sites for a multiple of the current monthly profit. I made a few of these sites over the years and while I made some income, I never was making enough to pay the bills. In 2021 I discovered a new method where you can use video content to earn as an affiliate that basically exploded for me. So here is what I'm covering in this case study: -How I got started with "niche sites" and where it lead me -What the new method for earning is using Amazon Influencer program -How I earned well over $450,000 using this method in 3 years -How it works / an example -How I got approved for the program (I used my YouTube channel) -Proof of my earnings -How I got vendors to pay me massive bonus commissions and send me over $30k+ in free products This is actually very easy to replicate for anyone, it just came down to massive action and consistency. Go watch it here:

[Case Study] 9k Recurring Training + Software Sales Page & Funnel Build Out
Thought I'd share a low ticket product launch case study for the group for free. My partner Paul and I made a digital course + software that we recently sold for $97 and did about 75 sales with (after refunds), total profit was $8436/yearly recurring. This video covers: -The offer -The software used to build the sales page -Copywriting angle -What we delivered -Marketing the offer with email marketing + scarcity tactics -Flipping the whole thing and selling it for a profit Hope you enjoy it!

@Konrad Schure So we have launched it multiple times over and over on yearly deals and I'd say it's a good portion that stick because a lot of people forget about it. Some of them will refund but we've done about 97k in total with it since 2017 just re-launching it over and over.
