Momentum’s Vicious Cycle
Building Momentum and losing it is a vicious cycle. However, the sooner you get back on track, the less you lose ground. Each time you rebuild, you do so from a higher starting point, making it easier to regain and surpass previous levels of progress.

Don't kill Your Momentum!
I've been developing the skill of remaining productive regardless of where I might be. My highest ROI is using a time management scheduling tool. I've been able to map out future and current projects, and I no longer have to plan for it. I know exactly what I have to do, and now I just have to execute it. I'm currently going on vacation but love the fact that there is still time in between to work on something that will continue to get me closer to my future. A vacation no longer feels like a vacation. It feels like another day in my life in a different location, but it makes me feel good. My vacations no longer feel unearned, and regardless, I have things to do in my downtime now.

Action produces information
When you don’t know what to do, just keep doing stuff. A Great White Shark dies if it stops swimming.

Growth comes with new understanding.
Embracing an open mind has made me aware of past moral compromises I didn’t realize I was making.

Creating Motivation To Take Action
Even though I am passionate about certain things, sometimes I find myself struggling to summon the willpower to do them. You probably struggle with the same thing... Doing this one action will give you immediate results: ⭐ Determine the thing you are trying to accomplish. Before you do anything else, your one and only goal should be to show up. Put yourself in the position of almost beginning the task. Example: When I have many things to accomplish on the computer, I make it my goal to sit down at the desk and log into my computer. No other task matters except showing up and taking the ONE action that will set me up to accomplish the rest of the work. ✅ This approach helps me get any type of work done. I follow up this step by creating a list of what needs to be done, and then I create a more specific goal by choosing one of the tasks and detailing what needs to be done within that task.
