Pros Focus On Data
I heard Andy Elliot say, "Pros focus on data." This made me reflect on how I’ve started applying this mindset to my finances and, to some extent, at work whether it’s making calls or tracking the number of customers I handle each month. There are many ways to approach this, and I’m taking action to implement it in all areas of my life where tracking information is necessary.

The Power of Training
Every expert or professional, whether in sports or any industry, got to where they are through the time and energy they put into training. Those who succeed take what they learn and apply it as often as possible. Many people pay attention and learn, but only a few actually put that knowledge into action. I’m one of those. It takes time, but if I out-train everyone, then when “game day” arrives, when it’s time to work out a deal, that’s when the training pays off. In my case, I train communication skills, objection handling, money management, focus, and physical endurance. I might be missing some things, but the bottom line is there are many skills to master, and you have to act on them immediately after learning.

What if the key to reducing stress and frustration at work was as simple as clear communication?
In my role working with my dad, I’ve helped him set clearer standards at work to reduce miscommunication and frustration. My dad often gets annoyed when tasks, like cleaning up or handling garbage, aren’t done, but I pointed out that the issue stems from unclear expectations. If the team doesn’t know exactly what’s required, they won’t follow through the way he expects. I suggested we sit down and list all the tasks and standards he wants the team to follow, writing them down clearly so there’s no need to keep asking him. By making these expectations visible and consistent, the team knows exactly what to do without needing to ask. This way, everyone is on the same page, and my dad can focus on bigger issues without being bothered by smaller ones. In the end, it helps things run smoother for everyone.

I keep making this mistake
I keep making the mistake of not preparing myself properly. I’m getting to work late because of that reason. The underlying reason is actually because I leave my phone to charge overnight but the charger won’t work if you move it ever so slightly and I wake up late because I’m not preparing myself with the necessary tools (even tho I have them) to set me up for success the following day. This will be changed today no exceptions, buying a. New charger & making sure my phone is charged. But most importantly Preparing myself Correctly the night before.

Daily Goals Vs Weekly Goals: What benefits you the most?
When I set daily goals, I don't always feel fulfilled when they are completed due to results Vs When I set weekly goals I'll be able to recognize the results of the week rather than day and continue to better my outputs
