Investing in Coaches/Mentors
I invested in two mentors. One for mindset and sales, the other for my marketing agency. At first, I was skeptical, wondering if it was necessary or worth it. But having the ability to ask someone experienced any question will save me time from figuring it out myself. I’m using them to buy my time back and focus on what I enjoy during my downtime. Accountability: Sales - I’ll get back to the fundamentals by roleplaying more and being more compassionate during the sales process. Marketing - I want to invest more time into my agency to start generating revenue and eventually work full-time from home to be closer to my family.

There are two ways to grow:
- Solve your current problems and learn from them before pursuing new opportunities. - Seek new opportunities while struggling with existing problems and new ones you create, ultimately realizing you have too many unresolved issues on your plate. Inspired by Hormozi

Pros Focus On Data
I heard Andy Elliot say, "Pros focus on data." This made me reflect on how I’ve started applying this mindset to my finances and, to some extent, at work whether it’s making calls or tracking the number of customers I handle each month. There are many ways to approach this, and I’m taking action to implement it in all areas of my life where tracking information is necessary.

What it takes to being committed
It's hard to say no to distractions all the time. Accountability is what I'm lacking. As much as I tell myself I can do it alone, I really can't. Nothing great is ever done alone anyway. I need to be held accountable in all areas of my life because I want to be the best I can be.
