I want to work with creators to run their communities with marketing. Question is how can i approach those creators, other than knowing about their niche and language.

So I learned to run ads by watching videos, having a free trail and got pretty good results, as well as doing some landing pages but now my goal is to work with a creator to build and run their communities. Only skill I lack is the skill is selling, where should I learn to sell?
