Did you know?
High cortisol levels can lead to a 30% reduction in collagen production, accelerating aging and affecting skin health. Also, a study found that people with chronic stress are 40% more likely to develop metabolic syndrome, which includes conditions like insulin resistance, high blood pressure, and obesity.

Chronic stress is what lead me to becoming more holistic and natural after it really knocked me down. My life did a 180 but I’m not mad 😅 it was needed.
Say no to antiacids!!
Ever taken peptibismo or tums for indigestion? Antiacids will temporarily give you relief and as soon as you stop will be hit with symptoms even greater so in no way is this a cure !! If you struggle with heartburn or indigestion this is your cue that the underlying issue is actually LOW STOMACH ACID!! So time to increase by adding in HCL or sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) !

If you’re adding in HCL after having reflux you’ll want to add slowly. You’ll also want to be off any acid blocking prescription drugs and support healing of the stomach lining prior to adding in HCL. Stopping prescription medications has to be done with your doctor but it’s your body, so you get to make that decision for yourself if you want your doctor to help you wean off any medication. There are alternatives to tums for reducing the occasional reflux symptoms too.

For me, it’s usually having time that’s my own to decide what to do with and with no interruptions - I’ll go for a walk or just relax outside, take a bath, do some yoga, read a novel. Sometimes, it’s connection time with friends or my husband.
Workout to support your health and energy levels
We have been taught as women to workout harder longer and like men every since exercise became a thing. What I keep hearing from the women I support is that they are working and eating clean but still not losing weight. Have any of you experienced this in your life ? What is your relationship with exercise is it positive? Do you listen to your body ?

Absolutely got nowhere, just spinning wheels eating less and working out more until I was burned out and started getting further from my goals. I think I over corrected though and don’t push myself at all now. 🫣

I have to make that my goal every few weeks. I do well then I slowly start not getting enough again. It’s my goal this week in fact. How did you do over your week?

@Carley Schroeder nice! I need a new water bottle but I refuse to get anything that’s less than 30 oz and doesn’t fit in my cup holders in the car lol IT’s SO HARD TO FIND THAT 🙈 so I keep using my 40 oz bottle that falls out of everything or doesn’t even fit 😤
