Getting Courses Done
Been doing 2 weeks of course classes per day. Really enjoy amount of information Sam, Daniel, and this group provides. Looking for first Multi-family deal. What areas is everyone wanting to get deals in? Who would like to partner up?

I'd love to partner with someone in Central Coast of CA. I LOVE this area, but I am learning that it's a touch market. I have heard from a broker that doing commercial reuse is a good idea over here. Nice to "talk" to you! For now, I'm emersing myself in the models.
