Whats happening gang?! Iโ€™m Khalil โ€“ 27 years young, fueled by endorphins, and probably running somewhere right now as you read this (unless I'm upside down doing a handstand). Iโ€™m into anything that keeps me moving: running, soccer, calisthenics, you name it. If it involves sweat and a bit of adrenaline, Iโ€™m all in. 1000 Pushups!!
Just spent the last 90 minutes doing pushups. Wrists and elbows were cooked around 750 Reps but we got there in the end ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช
