I was able to make some healthy meals for the week! Spinach Pie, potatoes + oven baked chicken + broccoli, and ive been enjoying a chicken salad sandwich as a snack lately too for in between meals!
@Gino Ciavone I feel that I should add context. One thing ive struggled with the last year is not eating enough and eating at random times. Right now, I'm focused on eating at the same 3 times minimum a day, and as for measuring, I just eyeball all of it as I’m trying to get back to the portion sizes I used to eat when I competed on stage 6 years ago.
