Ideas for no-hing workout
Hi, I'm having a problem around the hip joint area and my physio asked me to stop hinge-heavy exercises. So no more swings of any kind, she's not too enthusiastic about deadlifts. She's OK with presses, goblet squat, lunges. So I've been doing these for the bast week or so: Exercises (1 Round) Goblet Squat - 10 Renegade Row - 10 per side Hang Deadlift - 10 Split Squat - 10 Sumo high lift - 10 times Jerk - 10 per side Hang Row - 10 per side (with support) Halo - 10 per side Double press - 10 Farmer’s carry - Up and down the stairs Atomic Push-Up - 10 But I would like to change the routine a bit. What other exercises do you recommend?

@Gregory Dzemaili No, not necessarily. I do know that over time it's gotten worse. So I'm not sure if it's related to the hinging with weight, or not. Sometimes standing can cause the pain, sometimes lying, sitting, not as often.

AAP | May 27 - June 03, 2024 (Workout Of The Week)
Workout Of The Week #244 is on the plate for the Dojo this week! The workout consists out of two powerful protocols: the AMSAP (As Many Sets As Possible) method and the Interval Protocol. Protocol 1 - AMSAP Each round consists of a given set of exercises and reps performed for as many sets as possible in 6 minutes. Exercises: 1. Double Suitcase Deadlift 2. Double Row 3. Double Swing 4. Clean & Press (Jerk) Protocol 2 - Interval Protocol This protocol involves training for 40 seconds followed by a 20-second rest period. Exercises: 1. Thruster 2. Suitcase Deadlift 3. Row 4. Swing 5. Clean 6. Press 7. Overhead Squat Watch the attached video for more info or head over to the «Iron Flow» of your Kettlebell Plus membership and follow along! ALmost forgot to post this. THey aren't ready yet, as they are still uploading but hopefully they work.. 25 lbs Part 1 and part 2 (or maybe part 2 and part 1) and no editing because it's late and I gots to get some shut eye.
Only one kettlebell...
I only have one kettlebell. Does that mean I can't do this week's AAP? Not that I know I have the ability to do it, mind you...

@Andreas Last thanks! I remember him saying that, but because there are two protocols with single or double kettlebells, I wasn't sure if that still applied.
