Take over the Big 10 exercises !!
If you don't know which exercise to choose, you can use "random generator". I made a roulette for the 10 basic exercises inspired by Lebestark Plus content. You just may have time for 15 min workout. Perhaps you can do 2 rounds with 2 min intervals. Just spin the roulette 2-3 times and pickup the exercises that it's choosing for you. I'll do more lists when I invent a good one. 😁 My next condition workout is: Two rounds 2 min Goblet squats 2 min Strict Presses 2 min H2H Swings 1 min rest

Rep counting app?
As I need help walking and chewing gum, does anyone know of an app (preferably free, of course 😉) that counts various movement reps?

Ideas for no-hing workout
Hi, I'm having a problem around the hip joint area and my physio asked me to stop hinge-heavy exercises. So no more swings of any kind, she's not too enthusiastic about deadlifts. She's OK with presses, goblet squat, lunges. So I've been doing these for the bast week or so: Exercises (1 Round) Goblet Squat - 10 Renegade Row - 10 per side Hang Deadlift - 10 Split Squat - 10 Sumo high lift - 10 times Jerk - 10 per side Hang Row - 10 per side (with support) Halo - 10 per side Double press - 10 Farmer’s carry - Up and down the stairs Atomic Push-Up - 10 But I would like to change the routine a bit. What other exercises do you recommend?

@Laurent Duperval Interesting. So are you experiencing pain when you sit down? This involves a hip hinge. We have lots of clients with pain in almost all joints of the body and we hinge with all of them. Are you experiencing massive pain when hinging properly?

@Laurent Duperval movement is healing in many cases. Weight depends on load vs. capacity so going lighter (or unloaded) might be a viable option. However, recommending against a movement pattern, that humans do universally doesn‘t make sense unless the movement in itself causes (severe) pain.
