Extreme studying 🏃🏼‍♀️
Tonight I had to do cardio but the stress of an upcoming test was making me regret my decision to workout. However I found a great compromise and read through my lectures during an incline walk. Ended up doing 6km and got through all my notes!! The motivation wasn’t there but I’m glad I was able to get it done.

@Garv Singh Chauhan honestly no! I just explained the concepts to myself out loud as I walked. Definitely looked like a crazy person to other people in the gym but it worked well for me 🙃

I completely get how you feel! Your rest and recovery is more important though. Take time for yourself so you can work extra hard when you’re better 🫶🏻

Yes but it’s easier to get back to it! I stopped training for a few weeks due to travel and pure laziness but getting back to the gym was so much easier then when I first started and I feel Im making progress faster due to my past activity levels and muscle growth. Look at the positives!

Little progress post from three years ago to now. Although my training hasn’t been consistent throughout those years it’s exciting to see some changes. Winter goal - build those lats 🫡

First 5k in the books!!!
We finally made it!! Training started about 10 weeks ago and I’m very proud of myself, I really pushed myself out of my comfort zone for this and I’m happy with the results!
