1 week out from my first 5K race
My endurance feels much stronger compared to when I first started working for this race. I wasn’t so much tired but my legs hurt a little bit. I also did squats and lunges today so that may have something to do with it😅 The race is this Sunday and I’m too hyped!! Again I’m looking to complete the race without stopping. I am not overly concerned about the time, I just want to say that I did the race and that I worked for it! 💪🔥

1 week out from my first 5K race
Intro
Hey, my name is Jordan! I’ve been training for a 5K, I’m not much of a runner but I’m trying to lose weight and I tend to be more motivated if there’s a goal to achieve. Working up to the 5K has been a work in progress but I can feel my improvement with every run/workout. The goal for the 5K is to be able to finish it without stopping.💪🏃
