Hi Alice & Kevin Hope you both are doing well. Just want to ask how to deal with carnivore when you're sick. I caught a really bad cold with fever and strep throat that hurts so much to eat. I don't really have an appetite. I'm not sure what to do. I feel very weak. I told my Dr that I eat carnivore and he really knows nothing about this life style. Does anyone have any suggestions?
