Russell said "yes." The man then told Russell to write over a check for $10,000. Russell = 🤨What?! The deal was simple—if either of them were ever late or failed to follow through, the other would cash the check, no questions asked. ✍️ It’s a powerful way to ensure there’s real skin in the game—leveraging the pain of loss to drive consistent action.
