Every pitcher goal attacking the zone with 0-0 count coming back from 3-0 count is hard to do that’s why you always need to attack that zone early 0-0 count and make them hit the ball instead of walking every batter or come back from 3-0 count with fastball

I would say Pedro Martinez, I would ask him about how was his mentality when he got in that mound,he was one of the best pitcher in his generation, also with a clean mechanic

Being consistent with your throwing routine and just move like an athlete also you need to be healthy to do all that
