@Dan Leteky Having issues with GHL credential on N8N getting 400 error.. saying I need access token. Already created the Dev App with scopes , etc.. Any tips? I am self hosting on railway, but will try N8N hosted to see if works

@Dan Leteky Finally got it working .. had to re create the Id and secret on the GHL app and was fine. also works in Make, but for make had to use the standard as opposed to the whitelabel app. where can I download your JSON?
Update_Contact using n8n and Assistable custom tool
I like using my n8n workflow server which I host for free in the cloud instead of Make or even the GHL workflows when I don't have to. Here's a workflow using n8n that is triggered by the update_contact custom tool in assistable like https://www.skool.com/assistable/custom-tool-build-updatecontact?p=8956104b @Jakin Harper and @Esteban Lopez created It is called by the assistable custom tool called update_contact which is configured as in the image below. Best thing is that if a contact is not able to be updated then it will send an email with the details to a set email address To configure it use the doc here --> https://docs.n8n.io/integrations/builtin/credentials/highlevel/#using-api-key I registered for a developer account which is free with GHL by registering and creating an app --> https://marketplace.gohighlevel.com/ Create a new App, Generate the credentials and add them in n8n (then you can use the same credentials in all your n8n workflows) EDIT: Edited the workflow to account for the changes in the way the assistable bot was sending the contact details{{ $json.body.call.retell_llm_dynamic_variables.contactId }} instead of {{ $json.body.contactId }} EDIT2: Added respond to webhook so that the output is shown in the task when it's triggered by the ASSISTANT

Update_Contact using n8n and Assistable custom tool

@Daniel Marr @Dan Leteky Hey guys how did you get the Oauth V2 credentials on N8N with GHL? getting error 400 (self hosted with railway) and error 401 (N8N cloud) .. even tried generic Oauth V2 following the API Docs but still not working ..I have my marketplace dev app to whitelabel... any ideas or tips or video if possible would be great , thanks

Call Extractions with GoHighLevel (my simple way)
Some people asked me how we handle extractions after a call. This is how we set up a simple workflow and, by taking advantage of the full transcript, we manage the extractions. I'm not sure this is the easiest and most efficient way to do it, but so far it's been working for me. If you have any suggestions for improvement, I'd be happy to hear them. @Francisco Magistra this is a great idea . Gonna try adding the GPT after the post call webhook to analyze the full transcript for better call management in the pipeline .

@Jorden Williams hey Jorden , do we have an ETa for Rebilling to be fixed and show / hide menu items for sub accounts? Also a way to turn off/on Hallie for the dashboard These are key since am not able to charge clients on minutes and give controlled and granular access to clients to the platform .. also affects reporting and data insights since client can’t see the platform .
