Strategy is just a fancy word for prioritization
That advice applies for everyone- team leaders and productive solo agents. Get rid of EVERYTHING that isn’t the MOST important thing. If you have 5 things on your list that are “most important”, do the 1 that is actually THE most important first. Oftentimes the other problems resolve themselves. In a sales context the MOST important is usually lead generation (do more or do it better). It’s not spending an additional hour perfecting your social media caption or newsletter.
