I received my tea today! I’m going to drink it when I get home and I got off the medicine. I been getting out the house and trying to get a routine! It’s like I try to think positive but the symptoms will come every now and then !
Hopefully I’ll feel better soon !

Going out and about
Has anyone tried going out in crowds maybe to like a concert or movie since taking the tea? If so, how long did it take you to feel comfortable?
