Good morning 6%ers! Meet 66yr old Kevin... He reached out after listening to my podcast with the #8 motivational speaker in the world, Jon Gordon (I was ranked in his TOP 10 Podcasts for 2023). He had been doing keto for months and was beyond frustrated, because after lose 15lbs he was STUCK, and he was tired of all the restrictions. So we hopped on a call, pivoted his plan to something that's actually sustainable: Enter: RG Carb-Cycling™ Here are the main levers we pulled with Kevin, when he transitioned from full blown Keto to our Hormone Reset Solution… PHASE 1️⃣ 7-DAY FAT ADAPTION We increased his protein in every meal, lowered his portion sizes on all friendly fats, and incorporated Carb DEPLETE days to completely drain his glycogen stores… This is how he quickly dropped another 6lbs and "primed" his metabolism and hormones for our: PHASE 2️⃣ ACCELERATED FAT LOSS PHASE We reintroduced starches and fruits using Carb DOWN and Carb Up days, staggered 4 days per week on weightlifting days… We paired all 3 RG Carb-Cycling Days with Hormone Boosting Resistance Training and my Cardio-Cycling workouts... This helped Kevin ENJOY the process, feel like a million, while optimizing his thyroid and leptin hormones to burn fat and build muscle setting him up for: PHASE 3️⃣ LIFESTYLE OF LEANNESS PHASE This is when you're finally living daily life at your goal 🎯 weight and are allowed more flexibility on weekends to enjoy happy hour every Friday and carb load every weekend WITHOUT sliding backwards 🥳... The daily habits we created within this framework is by using our CWESP acronym (like going on a quest—just spelled differently;) 📉 Calorie deficit 💦 Water (100+oz/day) 🏋️ Exercise (prioritizing weights) 🛌 Sleep (ideally 7+hrs) 🥩 Protein (~1g per lb of “goal” weight) The mechanisms we build in and customized daily for Kevin were from my 3-Step Hormone Reset: ⏰ Strategic Meal Timing 🍽️ Strategic Food Pairing (i.e. combinations) 🍝 Strategic Cheating (Carb Loading & Re-feeds)

Impressive! Thank you for sharing that story Shaun, one of thousands I am certain. It is a blessing to find your program, Divine Intervention, I mentioned to Terrill. I have never been a dieter per se, as I never wanted to stick to anything that was restrictive and would not let me live my life freely with family and friends. Your program is a way to live fully, feel good in your body and know that you are not harming it, but instead giving it the opportunity to thrive and proactively prevent sickness and disease. Congratulations on the podcast ranking you in the top 10! While we have only had a short time with you, there is no doubt it is quite warranted….your passion to motivate people, without selling products, living and not feeling deprived (except for the short adaptation phase, ha,ha) shines through! And the wonderful team around you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I am going to go listen to the podcast now. Done Vs To Do list....
I want to Apply what Sean has inspired me to do....I do this because for me journaling is not always an option. Also, its a great way to be accountable. To let you all know I'm here...for me and for you....So before I get on with my day, here's what I got DONE... 1. Got up same time feeling refreshed! 2. Dropped daughter off at school 3. Took pups for 40 min brisk walk 4. While walking did some personal investing in myself time, listened to The Luke Power Mindset (I highly recommend this for what we are all going through right now) We are focusing on being better for ourselves!! Not someone else!!!). We cant be there for anyone else until our own cup is full!! 5. Completed a 28 min HIIT cardio wkout 6. Fueled the tank with Food 7. Got on SKool to be accountable and to help inspire others Now I'd like to be thankful...for....This group forum. Regardless of where I am at in the program and where it takes me, I am so thankful for everyone including the coaches. This was the forum I needed to START. Now GO!!! Wednesday Workout Reminder: If you really think you don’t have time to get fit, try waiting in a doctor’s office… It's 100X more time consuming and expensive than fitness. Try to look at your fitness plan through THIS lens: If you knew you could invest LESS than 3% of your time every week into something that is 100% guaranteed to make you a superior human being… Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually. Financially. Relationally. Would it be worth it? Of course, it would. All progress starts by telling ourselves the truth. And the truth is, we can’t afford NOT to make the time for fitness. It impacts EVERY area. Even bad-ass businessmen with insane work schedules, like Elon & Zuckerberg realize this fact. Keep going strong.

So true! My main focus for staying fit is so my children do not have to, hopefully, look after me in my old age. I want to be as strong as I can for as long as I can, and that means putting in the work now!
