Updates
Hiii sorry everyone, I had to take a break from the challenge so I could rest and recover. The food poisoning or stomach bug or whatever knocked me on my ASS and I made it worse by trying to exercise that first day. I switched to a diet of homemade bland chicken soup. I'm *finally* feeling better so I'm going to try to join the live challenge tomorrow! I also had to take it easy because I got my birth control implant replaced and my arm has been sooo messed up. And my cat had a vet emergency, and then my husband's car broke down. This week has been awful! I know we're at the end but I'm gonna finish as strong as I can. My arm is still healing but I'll try to get some footwork in tonight! πŸ’•

I think I have been overdoing it. I have been having full body muscle spasms, literally head to toe, waking me up. Monday night was the worst yet. So I took Tuesday completely off, and I am feeling a bit better. But I think I need to slow down a little. SOOO, today I did just one round of the full body workout. I don't want to give up, but I think my body is telling me I need to go slower. So. One round of the following. Squat/bicept/etc-- two 10lbers Deadlifts/row- two 15lbera Side crunch- just the 12 reps Curtsies- I skipped completely because of pain. Overheads- held 30lbs while marching Toe taps- with two 2lbers in hand Kb swing- 10 lbs Chest/shoulder/triceps- 15lbs Plank- 45 seconds

I know you struggle with chronic pain and obviously that won't change with vitamins, but are there any dietary supplements you can possibly take to try to help? Like I was having some bad leg cramps, so I'm taking magnesium glycinate before bed and that helps a little! Potassium is important too, even if you're just eating a banana a day!! And make sure you're drinking enough water! Half your body weight in oz, up to 120oz max! Good for you for listening to your body πŸ’•
