A lot of people have the big misconception that I ALWAYS feel like going to the gym. Man they are wrong š. I'm also a human being, I also don't 'feel' like going to the gym sometimes. But I have a huge advantage which is; mindset. It's that little bitch voice inside of you talking to you. 'Stay in bed', 'don't go to the gym', 'call in sick' etc. I don't give it attention. It's routine. Do what you NEED to do. Do not always do the things that you WANT to do. That makes you weak. You don't want to be someone of excuses, you want to an action taker. Are you the action taker or the excuse maker?
