Makeup Artist of 10 years, I made 6 figures in small town. (help)
Need some ideals for my new venture as a coach.. Should I work with Aspiring Makeup Artist or Beauty Coaches. I may be over thinking this. I sent out a survey with my facebook ads, most of the women need helping attracting clients. I have sent emails and sms and crickets! Need some advice ! I have done 100 reach outs. (I've tested scripts) The women that do respond back, I offer my services for free. And Nothing !!! Im not giving up. Any Advice?

Reviews=Proof… are you getting them?
👇🏻 Do you ask for reviews whether written or video when clients work with you in your skool community? Watching the call replay from last week and Hormozi mentioned not waiting till the end of your process with a client to ask for a review. This is key, especially if you need proof to show others, our brains seem to be wired to not ask until the transformation is complete. Don’t do that. You are shooting yourself in the foot 🤦🏻‍♀️ There will be micro wins along the way. Don’t hesitate to ask your peeps for reviews along the way, when they have a win. This gets you proof that you can immediately use on your about page and elsewhere to show others what is possible, and get more peeps in the door without waiting till completion. Sort of like how we talk about not waiting until things are fully built out to ask peeps to come in to the community… yes, it isn’t perfect, but messy action is better than waiting. Also, ask after a win, don’t wait, hum and haw or beat around the bush. Because if you wait and the excitement dies down it will be harder to get your peeps to actually do the review and the fire won’t be as present most likely that helps it be even more compelling. What are you fucking waiting for?

Earlier this week we shipped about page traffic and conversion metrics (see screenshot). Many people were asking what the average was... Here's the conversion rate averages platform wide: - Paid groups: 4% - Free groups: 18% The average for free groups is consistent, however, the average for paid groups varies significantly depending on the price, quality of traffic, and the about page content. In general, the lower the price, the higher the conversion rate. Take a screenshot of your stats and share it below so we can compare. We can all get better, together.
