Signs that you are emotionally intelligent
Emotional intelligence, also referred to as EQ, is the capacity to be aware of, control, and express your emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically. - You don't beat yourself up for making mistakes This is because you know that making mistakes is an excellent way of learning. You stay positive and take that lesson with you for the rest of your life. - You tend to forgive people I bet you can name a hand full of people who have disrespected you, bullied you, not supported you, you name it. People who did the opposite of good to you. You are the only one who is able to break that energetic barrier that keeps you from being happy. Just by forgiving them for what they did and moving on. (read that again) This is not easy, I get that. If you experience difficulties and want advice, send me a message or read articles online. That should get you going for sure! :) - You are in tune with your emotions. For example, you’re able to recognize when situations are triggering a negative response in you, and you can think before you act, to avoid unhelpful, unhealthy reactions. I can’t stress this enough, this does not mean that you don’t feel any negative emotions, it does mean that you are able to guide your negative thoughts to self-assurance and take control over your response. - You show empathy to those around you. You can easily relate to others, you recognize how they are feeling based on their situation, and are able to provide just the comfort they need. You often make the right predictions to avoid causing hurt. - You express yourself assertively You are able to advocate for yourself in a respectful way. Opposing to aggressive people, who do not possess this sense of control. This quality you have shows self-respect and confidence. That's it for today. If you would like to add something to this, let me know in the comments! Love, peace and gratitude, Menno

Book recommendation
I just finished this little (Dutch) book called 'leven door geven - de kracht van financieel partnerschap', written by Tom de Wal (Frontrunners). It's about the Christian principles of financial partnership and the difference between partnership and donorship. One of the quotes I love the most (in Dutch): 'Overvloed wordt niet gemeten door wat je hebt, maar door wat je weggeeft'.

Purpose - Am I doing the right thing?
Hello everyone. I have something I need to address here. My life has changed the last months. Dropped out of high school and had a break up. But.. After all this I went to search within. Searching for a deeper purpose than making money and escaping the matrix. Or is that enough? I think escaping the matrix is my biggest priority right now. Because I cannot get to deeper layers of purpose if I live life as a slave. So making money and receiving financial, time and location freedom is very important. I went to a Air BNB appartement with NO distractions. No phone, nothing. Just me and paper. But I found myself overthinking about the past and everything that has happened. I don't know if I am doing the right thing? Should I quit reading books and focus fully on taking action with my business? Or should I find my deeper purpose? Deeper than ' making money ' ? Because I feel there is more to life. Anyone has expierence with this? And how did anyone find this deeper purpose? I am very excited what you think about this. Thanks a lot already! Let's crush this week.

"Because I feel there is more to life." To me, this sounds like an answer to your question. Also, my question for you is; What makes you think that reaching a deeper purpose is impossible when you are a so-called, "slave"?
Ayuasca
What’s up garden dwellers! The name is Seyed and I’m currently following a dieta in preparation for Ayuasca. This means that I’m purifying my body with a strict diet (no meats, dairy, sex, coffee, masturbation, alcohol, tobacco) so I can trip on a indigenous psychedelic and gain deeper insights into life. Ya heard of it? Anyone have any experiences with this? Let me know!

@Robin Bäcker I can surely imagine how you feel. Think about ways to meet like-minded people who want to engage in your competitiveness.
