How much time do you spend here?
just wondering how much time do people on average spent here compared to the result they get. By reading the posts, it always feels like you should spend the entire day on the platform and also give the impression that everyone is getting huge numbers here. But I also read somewhere in one of those posts that 90% of the users are still level one, so canā€™t actually post. So I was wondering how much time do the level 2+ spend here per day and how do you feel this is related to the result youā€™re getting out of it?

Daily Routine for Skool Owners
When I started my Skool I had no idea how I should be spending my time. What tasks should I do? Where should I focus? So many things to do, but not enough time in the day. It felt overwhelming. But after consuming a lot of Hormozi content I started to develop a daily routine that helped me grow my group to 12,300 members and do a launch that generated $120,000 in 10 days and a consistent $10,000/month in Skool affiliate revenue. // ā†’ Part 1: The 3 Hour Rule ā† Spend the first 3 work hours of your day on generating traffic. Your time is valuable. If you spend it on the wrong things, it doesnā€™t matter how hard you work. Block the first 3hrs of your day to the one thing guaranteed to grow your business: letting people know about your group. // ā†’ Part 2: The 5-9 Rule (For those that have a 9 - 5 job)ā† If you have a 9-5 job, follow ā€œThe 5-9 Rule" - Work 5am - 9am on getting traffic, before your job starts - Work 5pm - 9pm on getting traffic, after your job finishes // ā†’ Part 3: The Rule of 100 ā† If you donā€™t know how to increase traffic, follow ā€œThe Rule of 100ā€ 1. Ads: $100 per day 2. Outreach: 100 per day 3. Content: 100 mins creating per day 4. Engagement: 100 comments per day And only pick 1 traffic source. "7 figures is just one avatar, one product, one channel" - Hormozi // ā†’ Part 4: Calls and Customers ā† Priority 1: Group Management and Customer Success The best way to grow a business is by never losing a customer.Ā If you add 100 new customers a month but lose 99 of them, it will take forever to grow.Ā But if you grow by 10 customers a month, and keep all of them, you will grow 10x faster. Thatā€™s why you need to do Customer Success.Ā This applies to a free group and a paid group. Think posts, courses, comments, calls Pro tip - if you treat free members like paying members they'll become paying members. Priority 2: Sales Calls The most powerful metric for business success is the number of Sales Calls booked.Ā Open your calendar to Sales Calls outside of the first 3hrs.

Daily Routine for Skool Owners

Thanks for sharing this! I feel like running your Skool 5-9am and 5-9pm is gonna burn you out. I did it myself for some time while working on personal stuff and still having my 9-5, and I was exhausted after a couple of months and started to lose focus and efficiency. Itā€™s true that probably itā€™s just a phase, but this pace would be insane for most of the people having a normal life. Itā€™s just my opinion though, maybe Iā€™m wrong.

@Nate Perry thatā€™s absolutely true, motivation is your fuel, especially in that case! I used it a lot when I found myself in that situation, I kept thinking about the target
My $1 Skool Group Covered a $99 Investment in Just Daysā€”Hereā€™s the Breakdown
So, I started a brand-new $1 group just a few days agoā€¦ šŸ’„ And within those few days, Iā€™ve already recouped my investment, and now the only way is UP! There was definitely some hesitancy about creating a $1 groupā€”if youā€™ve seen my previous posts, you know the reasons why. https://www.skool.com/games/why-i-chose-a-1-community-over-free?p=0f673e6b But hereā€™s where Iā€™m at so farā€¦ - 21 paying members already - 134 members visited the About page - 17.16% conversion rate of visits to the about pageā€”and Iā€™m thinking thatā€™s pretty darn good for starting out! šŸ¤” What do you think? Hereā€™s the breakdown šŸ‘‡ - 12 people are paying the $1/month - 9 people went for the $11/year With that, Iā€™ve already covered the $99 Skool investment and the momentum is only growing. šŸŽ‰ Iā€™ll keep you updated on how this continues to scale, but honestly, Iā€™m super happy with how things are shaping up. Keep in it real - Yep, thereā€™ve been a few mistakes along the way, and Iā€™m owning up to them! On Day 1 and Day 2, I didnā€™t realize the group was set to public. Of course, people werenā€™t going to pay when they could get in for free! šŸ™ˆ But now thatā€™s sorted, and the momentum is building fast. Next stepsā€”itā€™s not about BIG money yet, but the potential is HUGE. Not only that, but the people inside the group? Way better quality than previous free groups Iā€™ve run. If someone isnā€™t willing to invest just $1, theyā€™re probably not the right fit anyway. Iā€™m only welcoming go-getter action takers. So tell me, what do you think about these insights and the conversion rate? Id love hear your thoughts and tips below! šŸ‘‡

LinkedIn is an awesome platform and by far my main social media as of now. Organic content for business is so effective there. Planning to add Skool as primary social platform as well

This is a post for the 83,000 members of this community. I believe the sum of something is greater than the individual piece. I wanted to hopefully show one way you could join and interact in the community and some posts I would not suggest. -------- This is all just my opinion. Please Do - Do a short intro post and talk about yourself and your values; - Contribute to other's posts in the comments where you feel you could give value or support if it resonates with you; - Write posts genuinely asking for help; - It is ok and even great to share a GIF as a comment, but make it relevant and you will see it inspires conversation; - Share wins, lessons, and hacks you have discovered have worked for you and - have fun and be yourself. Please Don't - straight up self promotion posts (eg "This is my community go check it out"); - LinkedIn style business posts (one way preaching content) and - Fake asks for help when you are really just dressing up for self-promotion. This looks like an ask for help but you clearly are not seeking feedback (this is the worst IMO). Summary of how to post: Being vulnerable here is a massive strength. I am not saying you should do that from day one, but you can start to show who you are in the comments section and then, when you are ready, start to post. I know the feeling of being lost when you first come here but I promise you you will find your tribe here if you take a moment to lean in and connect with the people already here. So many of us have done incredible things prior to skool and maybe it is a blessing or a curse but the skool community really does mainly care about what you do here not what you did prior. View it as a fresh start to just be yourself. Lastly, we need you! With an enormous 90% of people at level 1, I believe this is a massive loss to the entire skool community. You all have such a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm that is currently not being shared with the minority here. I can't speak for anyone else but I need you, I want to connect, I want to hear your thoughts, dreams and fears.

I just joined Skool last Friday. Iā€™m trying to find something meaningful for my biggest hobby: sports climbing. Still trying to figure out what exactly I will do, and how is actually Skool going to help me. I feel like itā€™s a very good place to meet other people, but kind of think that climbing is a niche that may not be of interest for the majority of the users here. Still looking forward to learn from the collective power how to avoid mistakes and how to build something meaningful šŸ¤ž
