Hi Mike! What is not working for you exactly? But I would not recommend cutting at 15 years old in general, unless you are overweight (which judging by your picture, you are not)
Lose chest and belly fat
Hello Mike!! I am 17 years old and my weight is around 70.5kg. My body fat percentage is high around 30%, I eat around 1450 calories per day and want to lose the excessive chest and belly fat I have, though I lost about 20kgs 4 5 months back.

Work out as teenager
Hi doctor, I am 15 and trying to have some muscles and stop being the skinny guy, I weight 50 kg with 23% body fat and I am 1.64 tall, I can workout 4 times a week on gym and everyday on my home. Do you have any suggestions of workouts that I could do on gym and home?

Hey bro! Having 4 quality training sessions a week is enough to build muscle, you can bump it up to 5-6, but not every day. You need to give your muscles time to recover, otherwise hypertrophy will be suboptimal. What training split are you following right now?

Hi Doctor Mike, does US. Navy method correct to get approximate body fat percentage? If you cannot have a dexa scan? What is the best way to get approximate body fat percentage idea?
