a really really difficult topic... I voted for diet... because 1. you cannot outtrain a bad diet 2. it is more likely that we eat every day (or more often a day) than do a workout --> (perhaps) dieting/ eating has a bigger impact 3. if we have a "healthy hunger system", hunger will "force" us to move (our forefathers had to hunt -move- first before they could eat something) but movement does not force us to eat (normally)
Forearm Pain During Cleans (3 Cues to Fix It!)
One of the biggest complaints most guys have regarding kettlebell training is how the kettlebell destroys the top of their forearms during the clean. I wanna remedy that for you with 3 simple cues!!! This is a clip from a YouTube video I've got cued up for tomorrow, but I wanted to give you guys the first look. Avoid the pain and get them gains!!! Hands Up...KEEP FIGHTING!!

Hope the weekendโ€™s going well! Just wanted to share an image that HOPEFULLY provides some clarity on how things can typically go in life. Really comes down to two separate paths you can take. (1) Hard Now Easy Later โ€ฆor (2) Easy Now Hard Later I know delayed gratification is a tough thing to apply in life (especially in todays microwave society), but itโ€™s one sure fire way to secure ideal outcomes in ALL avenues of life. Be willing to set aside the idea of instant gratification and lean into a life of discipline, and I promise things will happen for you!!! Hands Up. KEEP FIGHTING!!!
