The Art Of Progress
When it comes to improvements, there is no "top of the mountain" or finish line. Just keep climbing and continue to move forward. Do not expect there to be a moment when you say, "this is enough I'm gonna stop here." True progress comes from putting in the work, every single day. Not for the external results and the rewards you achieve, But for the person you will see when you look at yourself years from now. True progress comes from loving the work you do because you know it's creating a better YOU. The actual reward of your work is looking in the mirror and being amazed by the person you became.

@Daniel Gutierrez MAN THANK YOU, Way to take the time to create such a meaningful message. Responses like these give me the added energy to keep going and creating content. You're absolutely right, "True success is not measured by external achievements alone, but by the inner growth we experience along the way."

"Heroes and villains always have the same back story---pain. The difference is what they choose to do about it. Villain says, "The world hurt me, I'll hurt it back." Hero says, "The world hurt me, I'm not gonna let anyone else hurt like this." Heroes use pain. Villains are used by it." - Alex Hormozi We've all experienced pain. Painful childhoods, painful relationships, painful accidents, painful experiences. Pain. Pain. Pain. Life will hurt, that is a guarantee. That will not change. What will change is what you do about your pain. Are you going to let pain stop you, force you to give up, lay down and quit? OR Are you going to let pain push you, motivate you to keep going, and fuel you to continually grow? The choice is yours. Is pain going to break you or make you? Are you going to allow pain to destroy your dreams? OR Are you going to use it as a source of energy, To motivate you to push through adversity, face challenges head on, and grow stronger because of it? What will you do with your pain? You cannot escape it, you may be able to delay it but for what? So you won't hurt? So you won't feel bad? You're afraid of discomfort? Afraid to suffer? GUESS WHAT The pathway to an easy life is choosing a difficult path. The pathway to a difficult life is choosing an easy path. Meaning, If you aren't challenging yourself to grow, gain experience, and level up, YOU ARE GETTING WEAKER. If you continue to get weaker YOU WILL NOT BE STRONG ENOUGH TO PUSH BACK AGAINST PAIN. Pain will find you one way or another. You can only run and hide for so long. While you're running and hiding you're wasting time & energy you could have invested in getting better. So, PLEASE, BY ALL MEANS, EMBRACE YOUR PAIN AND FIND PURPOSE WITHIN YOUR PAIN. You are strong, You are courageous, You are capable of facing your pain and becoming better because of it. EMBRACE YOUR PAIN Let it be YOUR FUEL to build a better YOU and a better LIFE. Be grateful for your pain.

Momentum Is Everything
Ever try to balance yourself on top of a bicycle that isn't moving? (NO KICKSTAND) Good luck! Enjoy your trip and have a nice fall. Reality does not allow us to sit on top of a bike without the bike being in motion. We have to continue to move if we want to keep our balance. We have to continue to pedal the bike if we want to stay on top. Business is the same way. A business that isn't moving (progressing) is about as difficult to stay on top of as a bike sitting still. We have to continue to pedal (progress) our business and keep it in motion. If we don't continue to push our business forward, we WILL fall flat on our faces. MOMENTUM IS EVERYTHING We have to continue to push our business forward, every single day. We have to continue to pedal if we want to stay on top of our business. Sound like a lot of work? You bet. With work comes rewards. The more we pedal our business and move it forward, the stronger we become. The stronger we become, The more we can pedal and we create this magical force called MOMENTUM. Momentum keeps us moving forward, Even on those bad days when we feel like we've accomplished nothing, Even on those worse days when we feel like we've actually moves backwards. Momentum is the driving force to business, fitness, and overall wellness. We have to maintain our momentum every single day, by putting in the work to gain those small wins. Those small wins add to our momentum and push us forward even on those bad days. The more small wins we can add to our momentum, the more momentum we gain. Ever went down a hill on your bike? You flew down the hill effortlessly without even pedaling. Why did you fly down the hill so effortlessly? Because you had MOMENTUM. Ever pedaled your bike up a hill? I bet it was difficult, time consuming, and effort intensive. Why? Because MOMENTUM was working against you. In the beginning your business is a bike that needs to be pedaled up hill. It will be difficult, it will cost you a lot of work and a lot of time.

Wanna Be Lame?
Blame others for YOUR mistakes. The greatest gift we were ever given was the ability to make a mistake. Mistakes (missed takes) are instances where we failed to do what was required to succeed. Mistakes are knowledge & wisdom disguised as setbacks and failures. Your mistakes hold the secrets to your success? And you're just going to give them away? You're just going to blame someone for YOUR mistake? That is YOUR mistake and YOUR opportunity to learn and do better the next time around. Mistakes are what makes or breaks your success. Afraid to make a mistake? Then you're afraid of success. Success comes to those who take their mistakes, learn from them, And apply what they learned to improve their process. Want to be successful? OUTSTANDING Don't know how? MAKE SOME MISTAKES! Life will teach you faster and more efficiently than any course, podcast, or self-help book can. How does life teach you? Make a mistake and find out. There are some who live their entire lives afraid of making a mistake. Afraid of being wrong and looking stupid. Afraid of others judging them for their mistakes. Then they wonder why life passes them by and they aren't as successful as they know they should be. MAKE SOME MISTAKES Who cares if you make some mistakes so long as you learn from them. Made a huge mistake and it really hurt? GOOD Bet you won't make that same mistake again. Some mistakes stick with you and provide you with a constant reminder of the lesson learned. Mistakes are guiding lights to the dark and confusing path of progress. Learn from your mistakes and let others learn from your mistakes. Become a teacher by opening yourself up and showing where you went wrong, made a mistake. WE ARE HUMAN Mistakes are a natural part of the process called LIFE. Your parents didn't give up on you when you were first learning how to walk? Think of how many mistakes you made and how much time it took for you to learn to walk. NOW LOOK AT YOU! You can walk, you can talk, you can jump, and you can even RUN.

@Olufemi Williams So true. Looking inwards is a powerful tool to learning more about yourself. Almost scary what you can learn from a few minutes of self reflection.
