@Alec Hawkins Fantastic! Congratulations Alec! sugar and alcohol are twins. Parasites also enjoy using our body by steering us off track. Now you can use our own resource of B-vitamins too. Coffee is a thiamine antagonist so I'll take a benfotiamine with a cup of dark roast with whole fat cream. I don't see myself giving up coffee yet so I make adjustments for that last vice. Enjoy your weekend, again congratulations, that's a super positive life change! I'm excited to see what you do with your energy in the future.
What are you listening to?
As I become more focused on my mission, I listen to less pop music. Sacred music + Memento mori https://youtu.be/sjY4rZDsmqE?si=-XNopW__p0uC0WFq

What will you achieve this weekend?
A couple weeks ago I dedicated 12 hrs to getting caught up on my business. That experience showed me how much is achievable once I raised my standards. Face it. We know what we want to achieve. We just put it off. We tell ourselves after 3 pm we’re useless. That we don’t work as well at night. Or, perhaps we genuinely don’t know where to start. Just start this weekend. Some of you won’t be back at work til Tuesday. Just start. Even if it’s the wrong task. You won’t know until you start. Action is clarity. And clarity equals money. If you want to shake the starving artist mindset, I share how I changed my mind + changed my life here 👇

@Alec Hawkins Right now I'm working on an article about Ren Hang, never a dull moment!
Your next 15 years as an artist
Out of all the good info here, I’d say the biggest takeaway was “make time to be creative” + “embrace networking and nurturing relationships” https://www.creativeboom.com/tips/where-the-creative-industry-is-heading-and-how-to-survive-the-next-15-years/

@Alec Hawkins Lately, I’ve been researching the AI art movement, and it’s just as legitimate as cars having electric windows. The number of vehicles with manual window controls will decline. Manufacturers influence our beliefs. Leap forward and now infotainment systems are standard in all cars. The market is the deciding factor for the direction of things. I don’t think ‘primate’ art will thrive in the future, even if I were more optimistic. Apps that instantly make people artistic are attractive because people love novelty. I speculate that sharing original art could lead to style being stolen and used in an app or as a special effect in a movie. Being silent will work up to the point until someone takes a reel or photo and shares it online. The good news Alec is we will know the truth when it happens. But it's healthy to talk about and consider how negative or maybe-superficial is a better word- aspects might effect things in the future. The last thing you mentioned is: is it a problem? No not really, I'll continue living my life doing something the old fashion way...like most older people do. One of these days maybe we will talk on the phone, I could just keep writing and writing...

@Alec Hawkins it is and AI blood tests at home with a remedy bot providing answers on how to manage one's own chemistry sounds like a great option. https://medium.com/@mitchellpluto/toxo-watch-6d249221eda9
