I finally ready with the idea - and I feel the fire burning inside 🔥
This is it: "Ambitious community of driven individuals on a mission to reach $100k net worth ASAP" Watching Hormozi's video and something clicked: I don't have to be an expert, but I can create a community of driven individuals trying to solve a problem I'm solving for myself! I've been aiming at this goal for the past 4 years myself and I have made significant progress, with some major setbacks. I have learned, I have studied from people with net worth of multiple millions and I'm as passionate about the idea as I was 4 years ago. This is it. I want to reach the goal and I know I can help 999 other people do the same alongside me. LET THE FUN START 🔥

@Bohdan Andrashko Appreciate the question! 😊 Starting out, some of the biggest challenges I faced were around finding clarity in my niche and building a sustainable client acquisition system. It’s easy to feel scattered when you’re aiming high—especially if you want to stand out in a crowded market. Here’s what helped: 1. Laser-focused positioning: Defining what I bring that others can’t was a game-changer. Clients need to know why you’re the only solution. 2. Systematized outreach: I put in the work to create a repeatable process for outreach, building real connections, and demonstrating value from the start. 3. Mindset: Staying consistent and learning from every interaction, even setbacks. Any thoughts on what you'd focus on first? Always here to exchange insights!

How I increased engagement in my community - Try these
- Make sure once you send a welcome message have a question in it asking about THEM - Once they join send a personalized voice message/Loom video (Take a minute to look at their account and other group memberships) - Follow up in the messages with inactive people, often times they have something going on in the life and they are not just ghosting you. Send a cute GIF, my favorite is the waving bear - Have weekly coffee hours with the audience to connect - Try some monthly challenges, and reward the people who engage the most. Maybe the top 3? And have a minimum of 20 or more points required to win (if you have no courses, give away $50) - Have a welcome post and ping/tag the new members there (I do this twice a week) If you have anything else, drop a suggestion here! I used these strategies to engage people who were previously inactive in my group.

Awesome buddy! Also create a “Suggestion Box” post: Encourage members to contribute ideas for the group, topics they’d like to discuss, or types of content they’d find valuable. It makes them feel like co-creators in the community’s direction.

Badges
Would be cool to have badges that could be assigned next to a persons name. Levels are nice for participation but I would like to reward people with badges for hitting specific milestones in my community.

I just came back from turning off the hourly email updates from the groups I joined recently. Is it possible to: 1. Have an option to set notifications for ALL groups at the same time 2. Or keep the existing setup for new groups we join?
