Week 2 of April
Walked more, did yoga for movement. Met people, read book and hosted game night for mindset. Had Salmon and Tilapia(new addition to my diet), tried the butter garlic and lemon sauce for both and it was so delicious. It was a good week except one day(I was super anxious).

To more walks, social gathering and good mental and physical health
Had more protein through chicken&lentil, good fats through avocado, lots of veggies. Inclusion of flax seed and radish which you can see in the image. Lentil soup with carrot, moringa, Spinach and tomato. I exceeded my expectation, walked 16k and 14k steps on two days. Continuing sauna, swimming and steam. Went gym 3 days. Did one three paintings and I am reading Nagomi(got this from TPL)

Mindset : Last 2 weeks of March was full of social Vibes, high energy and lots of movement. We celebrated Indian(Hindu) Festival Holi and yesterday we celebrated Easter with friends and their kids. Movement : Started going gym and doing Yoga everyday. Sauna, Steam and cold Plunge everyday. Micronutrient : Taking the supplements on time and having very healthy food with controlled portion.

Mindset: Had friends over my place whom I met in Sauna and we have been meeting from past one year only in Sauna. It was so good to meet them, we sang and danced together and had amazing protein rich food together. Movement: Did Sauna, cold plunge, Steam and Jacuzzi. Micronutrients: Made cauliflower steaks with italian seasoning and buffalo sauce, Chicken Biriyani(Protein + carbs) and Smoothie(Strawberry, mint, curd, green chilly and stevia)
