Celebrating 1,000+ Members in 30 Days!
I just wanted to share a quick update on the incredible growth weā€™ve seen in our free community over the past 30 days. Weā€™ve grown by over 1,000 members, and 100% of our members are actively engaging! šŸŽ‰ Firstly, I huge thanks to this group and for giving many people a tested path to follow. Hereā€™s what really helped us over the past few weeks. 1. Leverage YouTube and Focus on the Right Keywordsāœ… Iā€™ve been consistently posting content to YouTube, targeting keywords that bring the *right* trafficā€”not necessarily the most traffic. Tools like VidIQ helped me identify keywords with moderate competition, which boosted organic engagement in our community. 2. Create Premium Assets in Your Free Group āœ… I designed valuable tools for my free members, such as a custom blog generator using OpenAIā€™s API. I then created an even better version in the paid community, showing the value of upgrading. This helped increase conversions into the paid tier. The idea has been to big a good taste in the free version of what they can expect in the paid group. 3. Consistency in Content Creation āœ… Stay consistent! Posting consistently on YouTube (3x a week) and TikTok (daily) played a significant role. Consistency builds trust, and Iā€™ve seen a steady rise in both engagement and conversions as a result. 4. Spam Management and Community Cleanup āœ… Once we hit around 500 members in the Free community we started getting a lot of spam accounts, this was very frustrating. So we enabled the plugins that requires members to unlock the ability to post and message other members only after reaching level 2, reducing spam and keeping engagement high. 5. Donā€™t Get Anxious ā€¦ like i did āœ… If youā€™re like me and sometimes get overwhelmed by the numbers others postā€¦ like @Max Perzon being at $100k +... I and here i am just scratching 4k a month šŸ˜…ā€¦ just rememberā€”itā€™s okay to go at your own pace. Focus on what works, and the rest will follow.

Community Review/Testimonial Strategy
I am curious to know who has a strategy they use to generate reviews and testimonials for their skool community? Are you gathering them with another tool and how are you using it in your marketing for your community?

Just hit 100+ paying members!! Here are the things I wish I did sooner.
I reached my first 100 members in my community after about 28 days of consistent posting on TikTok and somewhat regular uploads on YouTube. Here are a few things I learned that I wish I had known earlier. First and foremost, I want to thank this community for the encouragement you all provide. Seeing everyone else take action really motivates you to follow suit. ### Create an Onboarding Video Creating a simple yet detailed onboarding video made a significant difference in community engagement. I used Loom to make a straightforward video that helps new members get started on the platform and understand the value they receive from our community. While I offer many giveaways and extra support, I initially failed to clearly communicate how members could access these benefits. Making this clear from the start is crucial. ### Giveaways To foster collaboration and interaction, I host a monthly giveaway. The top contributor for the past 30 days wins either a 90-minute session with me or a $50 gift voucher to Amazon or another store. This incentive keeps the community engaged and motivated. ### Record Your Live Sessions and Save Them Given our global audience, some members miss live sessions. I now record all sessions with Fathom and upload them in a category called 'Past Q&As'. Fathom automatically transcribes and summarizes the meetings, which I include below the video for a quick read before watching the full session. ### Asking for Feedback Weā€™ve had minimal subscription cancellations (only five so far). When someone cancels, we reach out for feedback on how we can improve the community and provide more value. Some provide great insights, while others were just looking for quick information. ### Invite Other Experts To enhance retention, Iā€™ve started inviting other experts in AI, SEO, and Automations to join one of our weekly sessions each month. Itā€™s surprising how many are willing to participate when they know thereā€™s a paying community eager to learn.

20 Days into Skool & thinking going full time!Ā
For context I run a TikTok channel (80K) and youtube (4k) where I teach people how to rank their websites with AI and how to create AI powered automations for businesses. The majority of my income comes from the SEO Agency I run from the leads generated via these channels. Donā€™t get me wrong, I like the agency model but it is difficult to scale and sometimes you get clients that are completeā€¦ you get the idea. I started my Skool community after joining this one and only after 20 days we have about 55 painting members, which to me is bonkers. The Interaction in the group is also wild. Running that community is a lot of fun and everyone seems to be in the same healthy mindset of learning which is awesome and great to be a part of. My main thought is, I am getting on average 2.4 members per day from only doing 2-3 youtube videos per week and 1 tiktok per day. If I was to increase my content output on both channels, I could scale this skool community to where I could turn that into my full time gig. I just wanted to know if anyone else has done something like that? Any thoughts?
