A week into my Skool experience
Hi all, I neglected to do an introduction when I first joined so doing so now. I have ER+BC stage 4 - with mets to my bones and recently liver. I (now) do lots of different strategies to fight. Low calorie keto (thanks for the help on this site!!!). Anti parasitics (Albendazole right now - 4ml x daily). High dose vit C 50G once weekly right now. Metformin (just got it on deck) for blood sugar. Once I get all my ducks in a row I will begin HBOT sessions 2-3 per week. On a personal note - I am a mom of two teens, wife of an electrician. We live in Oregon and love getting out on to rivers for rafting, fishing and swimming!

Has Anyone Followed the Paleolithic Ketogenic Diet for 6 Months or More?
As individuals managing a metabolic disease, we often face dilemmas when choosing what to eat. Dairy or no dairy, this plant or that plant, this meat or that meat. I know there is no perfect answer and not all of us can depend on studies as it takes a special skill to decipher real studies from the biases in studies funded by big food and big pharma. I’d like to share my quick story about several detours in my diet journey: 1. Initially, I followed a clean diet of mostly plants, fish, eggs, grain, and other whole foods (e.g., cruciferous veggies, nuts, avocados, berries, salmon, fermented soy, kefir, wheat bread, etc). 2. After developing the metabolic disease, I changed to a ketogenic diet, it’s only been a few months. 3. Recently, I found the Paleolithic Ketogenic Diet (PKD), focusing on four-legged animal meat, animal fat, and organ meat. No dairy, no plants, no grain, no vegetable oils, no fish, no eggs. Having been on PKD for just a week, I've been feeling good, but of course, it’s subjective. Hence my question. I'd love to hear from anyone who has followed PKD for 6 months or longer. I would appreciate your experience and insights. I would also appreciate an expert comment from @Johnny Rockermeier if you will. Thank you

@Candy Shackelford I mostly use sour cream, crème fresh, Brie, mozzarella, feta and half and half in my coffee w/ mct & butter. No issues that I notice. The plus side is I feel satiated even though I’m on a slightly calorie restricted diet.
Press pulse experiences
How many people here have had positive results or got to NED from press pulse therapy? Please share your story and details/how many cycles you have done, what was dosage of D, and what the scans showed. If you have had no results or negative results please share as well as I think that experience is equally valuable for people to learn from.

To those of you that actually have a keto oncologist:
How did you find him / her? Online? I am currently in the research for the directories and done with GPs, MDs and the Nutritionists. But it seems real keto oncologists do not exist pretty much, or at least I can't find aproper list anywhere. Pleae comment on your search! Thanks!

I found a naturopathic oncologist in Portland Oregon Dr Dave Allderdice at Sage Oncology. He supports metabolic therapy and is great so far.
