Hey guys. I think one of the obstacles we all face is that we aren't delivering a tangible object to our clients. With that in mind we're always looking for different ways to show our clients what they are getting. Do any of you use a tool or service that is great for building a visual map of the client site? Something you can just dump a URL into and it'll generate a nice mad/diagram of the site to look at? Just curious...

@Mike Clay & @Brian Willie - In the upcoming resources section, will there be a start to finish type of SOP / Outline / Checklist or some ideas on how to build one. We are clicking with the training and are taking as much action as possible. We may need to run through each of our clients, where they are, what we need to put the primary focus on and hit the ground running. Also, what I am getting is that we can use the methods taught here for any niche and that is outstanding.

What is everyone using for finding the geo grid rankings? Local falcon, local brand manager, etc... And what radius or miles on the grid size box?

Hey guys! I'm excited to be here with a group of people that really want to be the best! I look forward to learning from everyone and I hope I can pitch in and share insights that will be useful to all of you too. I've been running an agency for about 12 years and the first course I bought to gain an advantage on my competitors was from Brian! I'm excited to learn from Brian and Mike and see what comes next. My #1 biggest challenge right now is deciding how to streamline the process for local clients so I can be quick, efficient and scale. #2 is trouble shooting existing clients that are lagging and #3 is landing new clients.
