With that in mind we're always looking for different ways to show our clients what they are getting. Do any of you use a tool or service that is great for building a visual map of the client site? Something you can just dump a URL into and it'll generate a nice mad/diagram of the site to look at? Just curious...

@Mike Clay & @Brian Willie - In the upcoming resources section, will there be a start to finish type of SOP / Outline / Checklist or some ideas on how to build one. We are clicking with the training and are taking as much action as possible. We may need to run through each of our clients, where they are, what we need to put the primary focus on and hit the ground running.
