Post Your Breath Hold (Week 38: Sep 16th - Sep 22nd)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! 🧑‍🏫 Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it 😎) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Post all seven days, and you may be the lucky winner of the Breath Hold Mastery course 😎 And last (but not least) a little shout out to last weeks top 10 leaderboard: @Mir Jam @Tina Mosner @Curro Cachinero @Kristopher Pensenti @David Broberg Wilby @Paul den Oude @Inese Rieta @Natalia Gijsbers @Francois Godineau @Luke Mungo

@Mir Jam Hm. Yesterday I took the first look on the watch at sec. 0.35 - today it was at 0.50: actiually at that moment I didn t expect to be able to hold the breath longer than yesterday, but then kind of competition between my diphragm (honey, I need to move) my mind (darling, you can do better) started and: my mind won the battle 😂🐬🤩 - I felt more tension in my diphragm 🐬 curious how it will be tomorrow 🐬

@David Broberg Wilby Thank you for your detailed describtions on how your breathing / pausing journey is. I can relay to what you are describing - similar things going in my body / mind: but since I haven t got a measuring device for my O2 saturation yet: thats the next thing I will get myself! 😊

Hello, I m Petra from Graz / Austria and I'm really looking forward to taking part in the challenge. My own health brought me to the topic of breathing years ago. So: to be honest: apart from breathing, I didn't function much... so: I got my foot in the door with Lukas Rockwood / Yogabreathing and he was 100% the right person to get me started. Breathing correctly and walking have given my health a boost. I have now completed a mental trainer education and am an Oxygen Advantage trainer and I am happy with and for every customer who I can now support on their way to greater well-being. And: I'm a learning junkee: that's why I'm here :-) First day: 1:04 Second: 1:24 Third: 1:44 ... I recognize a mental hurdle: three times x:x4: making sure to get to the next level in the tens range and jump over it and then it's over. Yes, I look at the stopwatch when my diaphragm doesn't want to cooperate anymore... In love with the plants in my studio ;-)

@Mir Jam Oh yess! I found the mini classes on the website - and started them already: inflammation & PTSD are the huge topics where I can relate the most. 🐬 I feel so blessed by all the knowledge and joy in Stig's work and communities. 🐬
