@Aaron Wang A shared sense of purpose and vision. In the book, Good to Great, Jim Collins educates us on the Hedgehog Concept. The Japanese have their own methodology which is very similar. Both are good methodologies for small teams. For large teams I love the Lean and Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodology combo as it is heavy on business culture guidance.

Zoom helps us with the Time-To-Market challenge of good synchronous educational content which can later be dripped out, asynchronously.

Resources are not finite?
https://youtu.be/ygtc5mTDbxk?feature=shared This is a pretty good intro to an interesting argument that we don't have finite resources. TL;DR the more resources we have the more capacity we have to innovate the better we can extract resources, more we can innovate and so on. My take on it: I don't think it's entirely right. But as a mental model it is more right than wrong. We have enough resources. It's always been a question of whether we can be the kind of people who utilize our resources wisely, or whether we use our resources foolishly and create poverty. That's a much better perspective than assuming resources are limited and so we should take from others. Feel free to share your thoughts 😊

Wouldn't it be great to live in a country which could clearly demonstrate leadership in making scarce resources as conserved as possible and planning how to navigate / tackle the toughest shortages as an example to others. Rare earth elements might be a good example, and perhaps a harbinger as are the massive storms which we're trying to recoup from.

I have heard that the model acronym "MAUT" ( For Multi-Attribute Utility Theory) is used in Government for running resource apportioning by leveraging Decision Support System (DSS) SaaS with ratio-based scalar measures. One one my free courses covers this in some detail in 20 minutes or so.
