Hi, I'm Phil. I'm in my mid fifties, a chocolate addict and recently returned to exercising after a six month period of enforced rest and too much comfort eating . Unfortunately Aled says that he can not perform miracles and therefore, me having a full head of hair again like him is beyond his ability, but he can get me fitter, stronger and with a bit of will power on my part, slimmer. I'll take the fitter, stronger, slimmer over a full head of hair any day. šŸ˜Š
