@Andrew Peterson in my opinion train your abs evenly when you do any core work. Sure you could train your obliques more but then they can be overdeveloped and have soft abs. Instead just train your whole core so everything is aligned and symmetrical. I’m working on a core program rn that can give the best information on how to train and develop abs but yeah I’ll say train your entire core instead of splitting them.
