Rock Climbing
Has anyone here tried rock climbing? I've gone a couple times in the last week to this rock climbing gym near me and it's insane how much harder it is than it looks. My forearms are so sore from only around an hour of climbing. If anyone's done it more than a couple times, does it ever get easier?

All those forearm muscles we didn’t even know existed. I am learning piano and struggling with the sore forearms as well.

Optimal Programming
Back at it today for the first time in 5 days after a 60 hour workweek. Not a problem though- still hit plenty of PRs. In my first call with Jacob I mentioned not feeling “strong” during my workouts. With the new programming I have been feeling great each time!

@Jacob Graham it is certainly challenging and I will have to get better at working out before I go into work. Nutrition is tough- I have to stay on top of meal prep as well. But I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I know I am executing my purpose which has transformed my entire outlook on life.

Just watched Oppenheimer for the third time
Have you guys seen Oppenheimer? Super creative movie...the soundtrack has been getting me dialed in during my workouts. Helps me focus. What's your favorite movie? & what do you like to listen to during your workouts?

interstellar!!! All Nolan movies have fantastic soundtracks but I love the story as well. Oppenheimer did have some wonderful effects and I loved the choice to mute the explosion… but I didn’t feel like it was a story.

Everfit Design
Shoutout Jacob for all the alternates loaded into Everfit. Worked out at a different gym with my mentee and was able to easily switch the movements around.
