When I found both of these things 4 - 5 months ago, that is when I started to see changes. Completely agree with these two things. But the weightlifting really changed things for me. I was walking and doing hitt and kickboxing workouts, which were great and I should start doing some again as I enjoyed them, but I wasn't seeing much of a change. I started using more dumbbells at home, and I started to see more changes. So if anyone sees this video and is looking for another testimonial, you just read it. Do both of these things. They make a difference.

I think the thing I need to do is to follow a set nutrition plan and keep to it. I am pretty good with all 3 of these principles, except for the last one - at least not 100% of the time. I have to be better at that part of it. Maybe I get too many carbs with some meals. I'm going to explore your recipes further to see what I can try. I have lots of other recipes and have done some of my own, but I think I need to adjust some things. This was helpful.
Can't watch the videos in the posts
Not sure why, but for some reason I am not able to watch the videos in the posts on the community board. It says I need to sign in, but I am signed in, so not sure. Maybe just a glitch. But thought I would see if anyone else is having the same issue. thanks.

@Adam Gould of course, now it is working. Strange. Must have been a glitch.
My Goals.
Hey all. I have been on my journey for the past 6 months. I have seen progress and I am motivated to keep going. There are always days when it’s harder, but I get back on it pretty quick. There have been little breaks I’ve taken, some situational, some semi deliberate. But I get back on track. Im trying to be a better version of myself for my family. I’m trying to feel more comfortable as me. And I feel the changes I have made. And people have noticed as well. So I just keep going. I’m working on losing weight/fat and building muscle as well. I can feel the changes and it feels good. And I want to keep feeling this way if not better. I’m always looking for more knowledge which led me to this community. Checking it out. Going to try to participate as much as I can. Thanks for reading.

I don't know how much weight I have lost. And I have been lifting, so the loss may less than it should be, in terms of numbers. But, my flexibility is 1000x better, I feel more comfortable, I dropped a shirt and pant size, and clothes I wasn't about to wear last summer, I was and am wearing this summer. People have noticed and have asked if I have lost weight. I look like I have lost weight, which I know I have. I know I should weigh myself, but I didn't want that to be a barrier psychologically. I want the sight and feel to be what motivates me. When I was wearing my older shirts in the summer, people asked my wife why I was wearing clothes that were way too big on me. So, what I have been doing is working and I know I still have a ways to go. So, I just keep going.

@Adam Gould I do know what my starting weight was, but I just don't know what it is now.
