Hi guys. Just joined and excited to get stuck in to the material! I’m a contract recruiter within the tech space, but my day is mainly spent cold calling hiring managers and interview leads and trying to win business. However; I’m struggling a bit to put together a script. Appreciate it’s a bit different to SDR or BDR roles, but If anyone has any experience with recruitment, and knows what sort of challenges project leaders would face and how to win business when they’ve most likely already got a preferred supplier list in place, it would be great to hear!
