Ice Cream!!!
Last Christmas I got a Ninja Creami ice cream maker and tonight had a huge bowl of ice cream that was 200 calories, 31g of protein and 5g of carbs. Eating what would normally be a cheat food but actually meeting your macro goals is a HUGE Win for me! I love sweets and this does not disappoint! Ended the day with 150g of protein. 😁

Unlock! Hi everyone, Sam Lopez here... member of Crossfit Devotion for about 5 years now. I've been getting stronger and stronger but haven't been able to get the diet portion of my fitness together. My main goal is to lose the excess body fat around my belly and lose some of the weight so I can do muscle ups like Jake.
