Help with Building Workflow for AI Bot to Qualify and Schedule Leads on Go High Level
Hi everyone, I’ve already built an AI bot that can engage with leads, qualify them, and handle conversations via text. Now, I’m looking for help on how to create a workflow in Go High Level that triggers the following sequence: 1. When a lead submits a form on Facebook. 2. The AI bot (already built) reaches out to the lead via text to qualify them. 3. Once qualified, the bot schedules an appointment for the lead on the Go High Level calendar. I’ve got the bot ready but I’m struggling with how to set up the workflow in Go High Level to handle the process from the Facebook lead form to the calendar scheduling. Any suggestions or guidance on building this flow would be greatly appreciated!
