does anyone have experience with keyShot?, I'm trying to find a good free software for rendering my 3d print models, but there doesn't seem to be much good stuff, so I just started the free trial for keyShot and I'm not quite sure if I should do keyShot or something else

Hi, I've been having trouble with the "patch holes along edges or patch from curves" option, I've tried the shift j command, and the icon on the screen, I've even tried restarting plasticity and my computer, and making another model, but nothing will work I will highly appreciate if someone could help me out with this, I am using the 30 day free trial if that changes anything
