HELP

Hi, I've been having trouble with the "patch holes along edges or patch from curves" option, I've tried the shift j command, and the icon on the screen, I've even tried restarting plasticity and my computer, and making another model, but nothing will work

I will highly appreciate if someone could help me out with this, I am using the 30 day free trial if that changes anything
